What is Trust to business?

Busy Monday!

After 10days, we finally finished the production of recovery ropes, for one customer from USA, they had QC coming here, checking quality, before delivery. We did test at our factory, and showed them factory report. We should receive confirmation from them tomorrow, whether deliver to the warehouse or not.

Speaking of this customer, everything goes between us just smoothly. No samples were needed, we got inquiry from them, and then, gave them quotation, then, they placed order to us. During our conversation, we talked a lot, one time, we mentioned that, nowadays, large companies, they do business, process will be like, quotation first, sample next, negotiation, and then maybe visiting factories, at last, placing the order. This process normally takes long time. And John ( the one we were contacting from the company), just smiled and said, we visited your website, and got deep impression with your factory, and it turned out that the decision was right. Intuition tells us how to trust others. Trust is the most important factor for business.
